On December 7, Tashkent hosted a business breakfast titled “BPM: Key to Business Efficiency”. Representatives of leading Uzbekistan companies and experts in process management met up to share their experience in applying BPM technologies, business automation and to discuss real projects.
ELMA organized the breakfast with the help of our partners in – TUNE Consulting.

The speakers:
Vitaly Ponomarev, vice-president of ELMA. He spoke about technologies in managing business process efficiency.
Maxim Podporin, executive officer of BPM&RPA practices at EPAM Systems. He talked about the role of BPM in digital transformation of businesses.
Mumtoz Dalimov, head business consultant at TUNE Consulting. He talked about technologies for automation of business processes in banks without having to replace the automated banking systems.
Fuad Guseinov, head of Kapital Bank’s process office, shared his experience in automating a BPM system for automating the bank’s front office.

More than 60 people participated in the breakfast. There were representatives from the Uzbekistan National Bank, Uzbekiston Havo Yullari national company, Central Depositary of the Central Bank, Uzbekistan Railways joint-stock company, Hamkor Bank, Uzpromstroinak AKB, Islamic Bank of Development, HighTechBank, Unitel, Center of development of the “Electronic Government” system, Coca-Cola Uzbekistan and other companies.

It should be mentioned that the representatives of Uzbekistan business have a very thorough understanding of process management advantages. BPM technologies are becoming the most important tools of a company’s development. In circumstances where the market, the demand and the clients’ preferences are constantly changing, these tools allow the businesses to be flexible and quickly adapt to the changes. With BPM solutions, the companies are able to change and improve their business processes for better efficiency.

The speeches delivered during the business meeting were received with interest. There were many questions from the audience and many active discussions of the presented cases.
