From September 12 to 14, Krasnodar is holding an annual event for Shared service centers in Russia and CIA. Shared service centers are companies or departments that handle specific operational tasks for large enterprises. As a partner of this event, ELMA will present the ELMA SSC platform – a solution for SSC automation.

A shared service center is meant to optimize expenses of large companies and is responsible for such business processes as human resources, accounting, legal, etc. Such distribution of operational tasks allows companies to increase the quality and speed of processes and make sure that the tasks do not overlap.

This approach has demonstrated great results and is becoming more and more popular. Shared service centers are starting to not only execute operational tasks but to create integrated business processes. During the “Shared service centers: integration of best practices” event, heads of the centers will share their experience in interacting with customers, adapting to business requirements, and reducing costs with automation and RPA.
